Helping clients deepen self‑awareness, manage stress, and transform relationship patterns through practical Enneagram insight. The Enneagram is a personality framework that maps core motivations, fears, and habitual patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving.I facilitate Enneagram assessments and guided feedback for:
Individuals: personal insight, stress and growth pathways
Couples: patterns in intimacy, communication, and conflict
Work teams: role dynamics, collaboration, and leadership development
Families: relational patterns, boundaries, and intergenerational dynamics
Each session combines assessment results with tailored coaching to illuminate blind spots, reduce reactivity, and support sustainable behavior change.
